The room conditions were terrible, A.C. leaking water in two rooms and shower drain blocked. The maintenance is not good enough.

Everything felt a little messy, e.g. it was hard to find some facilities as there were no signs or anything. I expected more cleanliness for the money.

The many details of the breakfast. Good local food, too, with details like special healthy drinks and Juices available. Pool was great, pool area had a very pleasant layout + look. Very good.

We had booked superior rooms . First ones were facing a wall, maybe 3 m away, and the second set of rooms offered a view onto a barbed - wire security fence. The suite - rooms facing the pool are good.

I got the room. Near the corner if I'm staying alone it will be scary and the view outside the window in just a wall

the shower. hot and cold didn't mix well. the water sprayed cold and hot one at a time. one of the jacuzzi pool was under maintenance.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a very warmth and welcome feeling

The cleanliness in the bathroom should be better controlled. When we check in the toilet bowl.was not flush clean. Water pressure for the bidet is not strong enough.

Adhiwangsa has super good facilities but spa. I love their spacey swimming pool and gym facilities!

AC was noisy and leaking. One corner of my room was also leaking. There was one thing sounds weird for me; Cleaning staff, knocked my door at around 9 am in the morning I was still sleeping. I came to the door, and few seconds before I reached it, the staffs opened my door! Is that normal? I felt uncomfortable. I told them that I don't want my room to be cleaned, I left for gym and came back found my room was clean. I felt uncomfortable cause they might touch my private stuffs like underwear and phone. Also, the aisle smelled weird.

- very big swimming pool.. - another great facilities like sauna, steam room, jacuzy and gym.. - big and spacy room.. bathroom spacy too.. - nice building.. - a lot of outdoor decoration, flower & plant, and cute lamp for night - a lot of parking lot

- The staff said that the bed is King (180cm) but actually its Queen (160cm).. - no window.. - dusty hairdryer.. immediately sneezing continually... - their lift have wrong display ground level number.. - wastafel stopper is broken.. so the water cant sink immediately.. - i'm booking for deluxe room because its saying that has facilites 'terrace' and 'pool view'.. but the reality not even a window in my room.. i have checked with the staff and they are saying that no deluxe room has a pool view.. they should change their facilities section on booking.com.. honestly i'm upgrade my room because of that facilities.. - they dont give back my identity card back (KTP).. and im forgot about it too.. i just knew about it because the staff give it back just when im walking at lobby to get my delivery food (6 hour pass already).. so im wondering if they really 'want' to give back my identity card.. i think they should call my room or deliver it to my room.. - the lobby have a lot of mosquitoes.. - checkout process quite long.. about 10 - 15 minutes - overall their staff are friendly but lack of training..

The property design same as picture

I was arrived in front desk around 09.30 PM but my booking was not same as my request. Previously at noon before we fly to Solo City, my Husband called the Hotel to reconfirm we are requested for Single bed, due of my pregnant condition. However they said the room not available . We are waiting at the lobby around 20 minutes for them checking available room. Then, they said they have a only room with twin bed (i am so dissapointed at that time). They offer solution to combine the twin be to be one big bed.

The room was okay

I already paid online via booking.com, however when arrived at the hotel they claimed that it wasn't paid and that booking.com only made a booking. So who the hell is going to pay me back?

The room and the facilities is not same with the photos that showed at booking.com . Please change the photos so the customer didn't dissapointed when knew the Hotel is not as good as the showed photos in the app
